Our History

Established in 1993, Guangdong Galuminium Extrusion Co., Ltd (Galuminium hereafter) is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Galuminium Group Co., Ltd (GAL hereafter). With its headquater in Guangzhou, GAL is a leading company in China, specializing in bauxite mining, aluminium smelting, R&D, production as well as installation of aluminium extrusion profiles, aluminium casement windows and aluminium swing doors. Our factory is one of the manufacturers and suppliers in China.

Having completed the vertical integration, GAL has covered a complete chain of aluminium industry, from bauxite mining to production of aluminum windows and doors. Galuminium, as a supplier of windows, doors and the installation service, is devoted to providing high quality products and considerate service. In the meantime, Galuminium attaches priority to innovation of technology which is regarded as impetus of development and gathers an elite technical team including doctors of philosophy, senior and secondary engineers. At present, Galuminium has 2 modern production bases with international advanced production lines.

We have been intensively cooperating with European Window&Door and Curtain Wall Association, Germany Weiss, Italian SAVIO, developing advanced technological products such as mechanical louvres system, solar photovoltaic curtain wall and 3D wooden grain coating.



Our Factory

Galuminium is the pioneer of aluminium profile fabrication, aluminium deep-processing and the installation of aluminium projects in China. We possess more than 20 different tonnage extrusion production lines imported from Japan and Taiwan, powder coating lines from Britain, PVDF coating lines from France, thermal break profile from Italy and Korean powder coating 3D wood grain line (the most advanced anodized and electrophoresis production line in Asia).

Galuminium’s testing center has been accredited by CNAS national laboratory in July, 2014; chemical analysis of metal materials and mechanical testing were certified. Our testing center, equipped with the industrial most advanced and sophisticated testing equipment, aims to test raw materials as well as develop new products. Meanwhile, our engineering teams intensively cooperate with experienced researchers at home and abroad as well as scientific testing institutions with high standards, improving the overall level of our testing center and cultivating a number of calibers. Our inspection center attaches priority to the development of new materials , energy-saving projects and environmental protection.

(1) How can we know the exact price?
The price is based on your specific requirements, it is advised that you provide us with the following information:
①　Official drawing of windows & doors to show us the dimensions, quantity and types;
②　The surface treatment and the thickness of the profile;

③　Types of the glass: Single / Double; Laminated/Tempered / Low-E/Reflective; Frosted (Translucent/Opaque)/ Clear; etc.

(2) What are your trade term & payment terms?

Our trade term is FOB ,CFR and CIF. As for the payment term, T/T, L/C and Western Union are acceptable.

(3) What’s your special service?

a.Information of delivery is updated and accessible for all customers.

We take pride in our high transparency during the whole process (productions, debugging, loading & delivery ). Pictures, videos and other relevant documents will be sent directly to our clients and updated in real time to keep information symmetry, narrowing the gap in between as much as possible.

b.Accessories (Galuminium Brand, Hopo, Kinglong) can be equipped according to your profile and design, which will save your time looking for suitable hardware.   

                                                  

(4) What kinds of packing do you have?

There are three kinds of packing:

a.Foam + Carton box

b.Foam + Carton box + Wooden frame

c.Foam + Carton box + Wooden case

If your products are to be sent in a full container, we advise you to use foam with carton box because it can save more space and hold more goods. Usually, our packing is “Foam + Carton Box + Wooden Frame”. The best packing is “Foam + Carton Box + Wooden Cases”

(5) What warranty is included and what do we do in case of problems?

2-10 years’ quality warranty is guaranteed. Our quality service covers unfading, pee-off, inappropriate hardware and accessories. In case of quality problems, we will provide available replacements in stock to be sent by international carrier immediately. But if we don’t have spare parts at the time of replacement order, it will take about 20 days to send them.

(6) How can I visit your factory?

Our office and factory are located in Guangdong Galuminium Extrusion Co., Ltd, No. 55 Qingyun Road, Baiyun District, Jianggao Town, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. As you reach the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, we will pick you up and introduce our factory and products to you. Welcome to visit us!

(7) What’s your delivery port? Can we use our shipping agent?

Our delivery port is Guangzhou or Shenzhen port in China.

Of course, you can designate your shipping agent. In addition, we have cooperated with many forwarders. If you need freight forwarders, we are able to recommend some of them to you so  you can compare the prices and services between them.

(8) Can we offer our own designs and you produce them?
Of course. We have professional teams and advanced production lines which help us cater to different requirements. We will take your local climate into account and give you technical advice. After we confirm everything (design, quantity, price, etc.), we will produce doors or windows according to your requirements.

(9) How about your delivery time?

Usually, it takes 35-40 days to deliver the goods.
